Each home provides a living environment that is similar to a typical family home and is tailor made to each resident and their care needs. Along with our specialist care team of competent trained staff, we support with various care needs and offer a wide variety of activities that enhance resident’s quality of life.

Each resident will be assigned a key worker who will support them to with a tailored support plan with realistic goals to develop key skills and promote independence. The support plan includes:
Personal Care
Built around the service users’ individual care needs. These could include support with personal hygiene, oral hygiene, using the toilet and keeping the room neat and tidy.
Activity planning (Social Inclusion)
We will develop a risk assessment with each service user, and they will be supported in planning their daily activities such as taking exercise, keeping in touch with family or making new friends.
Meal preparation
Service user is supported in planning their daily or weekly meals. This includes support in making a menu, shopping list, using public transport and preparing their meals. This can start with something simple until they develop the necessary skills with limited reliance of staff.
Support with education and employment
This could include guidance in CV writing, going to work placements and/or college placements.
Money management
Service users will be supported by staff in areas such as budgeting for their shopping, activated, bills and money management.
